Brigadier Nawab Singh Heer(Retd) Director Discipline And Administration(Honorary)
Brigadier is a Graduate of Punjab University, and has his Masters from Chennai University. He served in the Indian Army for 36 years, and fought in two wars (Chhamb Sector and Kargil War.) He has held many important posts in the army, and he has been an Instructor (Professor) at Army War College Mhow (MP) where he trained middle level Army Officers to gain higher rankings. Brigadier has also been a Commandant of one of the major Army Training establishments, and managed Mechanised Infantry Regimental Centre, Ahmednagar(Mah): a major educational and training centre of Army, where they trained 5000 soldiers/officers annually(including officers of Foreign Armies). Brigadier has been the Chairman of a number of Army schools, as well as Kendriya Vidayalyas during his service period. Post retirement, he’s had the experience of being a Director in Corporates, and has been very active in the Media (TV and Radio) as an analyst in India, the USA, and Canada. Brigadier writes for magazines and newspapers. He is researching on Sri Guru Granth Sahib on practical aspects of Meditations,which he himself practices. Brigadier also works for social causes, including development of children and empowerment of women, which are very close to his heart. He is a powerful speaker and motivator.
Ravinder Singh Pannu has been providing broadcasting services since 1987 through several media outlets (TV and Radio) in many languages and communities. Ravinder owns SSTV (which airs on Rogers’ cable, Cogeco, and Bell Fibe). He also owns Sur Sagar Radio (SCMO), a station over a side band of CIUT radio station for almost 20 years (since 1994). He has started a TV channel and several radio stations in Vancouver, and is Media Advisor for Guru Tegh Bahadur International School.
Nilufer Dhawan is an educationist with twelve years of mentoring and teaching experience in Canada and abroad at various educational institutions, including Ryan International (India), Olivia Institute of Learning (Canada) and Shamrock Christian School (India). She is an alumnus of the prestigious Sacred Heart Convent School. She also has experience in many activities like painting, mural art, embossing, dancing and origami.
Amandeep is an OCT certified teacher. She has done her Master’s in English and has also done Special Education and ESL courses. She has taught grade 5 in Clairville Junior School during her practicum placement. She has exceptional problem solving skills. She had been an active participant in cultural and co-curricular activities during her academic years, especially Bhangra and Gidha.
